Do I have to use all 16?
No. Pick the platforms you sell on, and you only see the files and questions for those.
Is there direct publishing?
No. Every platform gets an upload file, so nothing goes live until you upload and publish it yourself.
How much does it cost?
Your first listing is free, with no sign-up and no card. After that it is £4.99 a piece, or £3.99 a piece in a bundle of 100. No subscription, and bundles never expire.
