Import guide

From EasyListings to your shop in 4 steps

Every finished listing downloads as a ready-made file for the platform you sell on. You never edit the file. You just upload it, like attaching a photo to an email.

1Download

Open a finished item, tick your platforms under Export, then Download. One file per platform.

2Open your platform

Use the button on your platform below. It opens the right import page.

3Upload the file

Follow the clicks shown below, choose the file, and press Import.

4Check and publish

Items arrive as drafts or hidden, so nothing goes live until you say so.

Direct integration

Skip the files. List straight to your website.

We connect EasyListings to your own shop, so a finished item goes onto your website in one click, with its images, description and details. Works with Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix and more. Tell us where you sell and we set it up with you.
