What eBay gets

A Seller Hub upload file in the eBay UK report format: title, description, condition, price, quantity, item specifics and up to 12 images. Category IDs and item location are asked once and remembered.

The description is written for the piece, not from a template: metal in KT, stones in ct, every visible flaw in the Condition section, and no price or market commentary where eBay's rules dislike it.

One form to fill, or none

Most dealers upload the file: eBay takes it as drafts, add postage, publish. Dealers who list one piece at a time can use the EasyListings Publisher extension (beta): it opens the eBay form in your own logged-in browser and fills the fields it mapped, then you check and press publish.

The extension never submits a listing. If eBay changes its form, the job report names the step that failed, and the file route still works.

The same piece everywhere else

The same finished listing also becomes files for 1stDibs, Catawiki, Shopify, WooCommerce and the rest, plus copy you can paste anywhere. One piece is written once.

Questions dealers ask

Anything else, email us and a person replies.

Can I bulk list on eBay?

Yes for the file route: one row per piece, up to 12 images, imported through eBay Seller Hub Reports. The browser publisher is one piece at a time by design, because you review each form.

Does the listing look like my piece?

Every image is rebuilt from your own photos. Condition and hallmark photos are never regenerated: they go into the listing exactly as you took them.

How much does it cost?

Your first listing is free, with no sign-up and no card. After that it is £4.99 a piece, or £3.99 a piece in a bundle of 100. Selling files never needs a subscription.
